Description
We’re seeking a Network & Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize connectivity across the firm’s global crypto trading infrastructure. This role is primarily focused on network engineering (80%) — ensuring ultra-low-latency, high-availability links to crypto exchanges, brokers, and liquidity venues — with an additional focus on cloud infrastructure (20%) supporting trading connectivity, monitoring, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain low-latency network infrastructure across colocation sites, data centres, and cloud-based crypto venues.
- Engineer secure, deterministic connectivity to major centralized and decentralized trading platforms.
- Optimize routing, multicast, and throughput to minimize latency and packet loss in high-frequency environments.
- Manage network infrastructure across Arista, Cisco, and Juniper platforms, with emphasis on Arista EOS.
- Develop and maintain automated tooling for network provisioning and monitoring using Python, Ansible, Terraform, and Prometheus/Grafana.
- Integrate and troubleshoot hybrid cloud connectivity across AWS, GCP, or Azure, including VPNs, Direct Connect, or interconnect services.
- Deploy and manage market data distribution and connectivity for real-time price feeds from exchanges.
- Collaborate closely with trading and systems engineers to ensure consistent connectivity and uptime across global trading locations.
- Participate in the global infrastructure on-call rotation to support production trading systems 24/7.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- CCNP/CCIE-level knowledge of routing, switching, and network design principles.
- Genuine interest in capital markets, trading systems, and financial connectivity.
- Experience with or curiosity about cloud interconnects, cross-region networking, and hybrid architectures.
