Description
A Senior Backend Engineer is needed to join a small, lean, and highly technical team. This is a key role building and scaling the core infrastructure that powers the platform — working across pricing engines, liquidity systems, and lending protocols in a fast-moving environment where your work has direct and visible impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance backend systems in Go
- Build and maintain automated liquidity pools and lending infrastructure
- Contribute to algorithmic market making systems
- Develop pricing engine components for yield-bearing assets
- Work closely with the team to architect scalable, reliable, and low-latency systems
Required Skills
- 4+ years of backend engineering experience
- Strong Go expertise — this is the primary language
- Solid understanding of financial markets, fixed income, lending, or market making
- Experience with low-latency, high-throughput production systems
- C++ experience is highly desirable
- Rust experience is a plus
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team with a high degree of ownership
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across time zones
