We’re seeking a Production Software Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and operability of our live trading systems. You’ll bridge the gap between development and operations, combining strong software engineering skills with deep operational expertise to keep our low-latency trading platforms running at peak performance across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance automation tools, runbooks, and operational utilities to improve supportability and reduce manual intervention
- Write production-grade code in Python, C++, Java, or Go to automate routine tasks, build monitoring tools, and improve system resilience
- Contribute to code changes and bug fixes in collaboration with application development teams
- Build and maintain internal tools for deployment automation, configuration management, and operational dashboards
- Leverage scripting (Python, Bash, Shell) to automate deployments, health checks, and operational workflows
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a production environment with a solid software development background
- Strong programming skills in Python (required), with additional experience in C++, Java, Go, or similar languages
- Hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions in production systems
- Strong experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automation
- Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, complexity analysis, and software design patterns
