Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex Linux-based server issues
- Develop, test, and maintain OS-level packages, batch files, and automation scripts
- Identify and implement optimizations to reduce latency and improve performance
- Manage change requests, moves, and configurations across the environment
Required Skills
- Strong background in Linux/Unix administration
- Experience with kernel tuning and systems optimization
- Knowledge of networking protocols and topologies (NFS, DHCP, IP, TCP, UDP, TFTP, NTP)
- Familiarity with Ansible, and Git
- Solid scripting skills (Python preferred)
