Key Responsibilities
You will work closely with quantitative researchers and traders, implementing and optimising trading strategies while contributing to the core infrastructure that drives the team’s trading operations. The problems are complex, the pace is fast, and the impact is immediate.
What You’ll Work On
- Writing high-performance, production-grade C++ for trading systems and strategy implementation
- Collaborating with quantitative researchers to translate models into efficient, reliable production code
- Developing and maintaining trading infrastructure and internal tooling
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of professional C++ experience, or exceptional ability demonstrated through competitive programming or academic work
- Strong C++ fundamentals, including systems-level programming, performance optimisation, and algorithmic problem solving
- Quantitative aptitude, with a solid foundation in mathematics and statistics and an interest in markets
- Evidence of ownership and initiative, such as startup experience, personal projects, or competition success
- High energy, resilience, and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English communication skills, as the team collaborates globally
