Description
leading crypto market-making firm is looking for an IT Operations Engineer to join its growing technology team.
You will be responsible for maintaining secure, reliable and efficient IT services across the business. Working closely with engineering, trading, security and operations teams, you will support the systems and tooling that enable a fast-moving, globally distributed organisation to operate effectively.
This role is ideal for an IT professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and supporting users in a technically sophisticated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive day-to-day IT support to employees across the business.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, identity and access-related issues.
- Provision and manage laptops, workstations, mobile devices and peripherals.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, groups and access policies.
- Support identity and authentication platforms, including SSO and MFA.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding and internal moves in partnership with People and Security teams.
Required Skills
- macOS, Windows and Linux endpoints.
- Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack and other collaboration platforms.
- Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or similar identity and access-management tools.
- Jamf, Intune, Kandji or other endpoint-management platforms.
- Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk or similar IT service-management tools.
- Networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Wi-Fi and firewalls.
- Cloud platforms and SaaS applications.
- EDR, MDM, password-management and security tooling.
- Python, PowerShell, Bash or similar scripting languages
