Description
We are partnered with an elite trading firm expanding its US connectivity footprint and is seeking a Solution Architect to join the Infrastructure team.
This is a high-impact role responsible for designing, acquiring, and optimizing ultra-low latency, high-capacity networks,including microwave and fiber solutions, that underpin the firm’s global trading systems.
As part of the infrastructure organization, the Solution Engineer will help define the end-to-end connectivity strategy that links trading platforms across the US and internationally—driving measurable gains in latency, reliability, and network efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimise network connectivity supporting ultra-low latency trading across fibre and microwave links
- Evaluate and integrate next-generation optical, RF, and transport technologies to enhance network performance
- Partner with carriers, exchange colocation providers, and technology vendors to develop high-performance connectivity solutions
- Oversee technical integration, including capacity planning, deployment, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver cohesive, high-availability infrastructure across regions
